Elevated Life ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal and health-related information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using our website, purchasing our services, or submitting a wellness intake form, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Contact and account information: name, email address, and account credentials used to access your dashboard.

Health and wellness information: epigenetic test results (AgeCode Premier™ reports), lab work, current supplement and medication use, health history, sleep patterns, lifestyle habits, and wellness goals submitted through our intake forms.

Uploaded files: PDF documents including AgeCode Premier™ result reports and lab work uploads that you provide to support your wellness plan.

Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. Elevated Life does not store your full credit card number or banking details on our servers.

Usage data: general analytics about how the website is accessed, used for improving service quality. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

To deliver your Precision Wellness System — your health and intake data is used solely to generate your personalized wellness plan.

To communicate with you about your plan, account, and service updates via the email address you provide.

To process payments and manage your account through Stripe.

To support your assigned Wellness Professional in reviewing and building your report, where applicable.

We do not use your health information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering your wellness services.

We recognize that wellness intake data, lab results, and epigenetic reports constitute sensitive personal health information. We treat this data with the highest level of care.

Your health information is stored in a secure, access-controlled database with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is strictly limited to you, your assigned Wellness Professional (if applicable), and authorized Elevated Life personnel for service delivery purposes only.

We do not share, sell, or disclose your health information to third parties except as required to deliver your services or as required by law.

Elevated Life is a wellness platform and not a HIPAA-covered entity under current federal definitions. However, we voluntarily apply equivalent data protection standards to all health information we handle. If you are working with a licensed healthcare practitioner through our platform, additional protections may apply under their own practice agreements.

All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Row-level security controls ensure each user can only access their own data.

Your wellness plan documents and uploaded files are stored in a private storage bucket. Time-limited signed URLs are used to access documents — they are not publicly accessible.

We implement access controls, authentication requirements, and audit logging to prevent unauthorized access. Only authorized personnel can access health data for the purpose of delivering your services.

While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely immune to breaches. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We store only your Stripe customer ID for billing purposes.

Resend — transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver account and service communications.

Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-assisted report generation. Your de-identified wellness data is processed by Anthropic's API to generate your plan. Anthropic's data handling policies apply.

Supabase — database and file storage hosting. All data at rest is stored on Supabase's infrastructure.

We do not use your data with advertising networks, social media platforms, or data brokers.

We retain your account and health information for as long as your account is active or as needed to deliver your services.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal and health information from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to access a copy of the personal and health information we hold about you.

You have the right to correct inaccurate information through your dashboard or by contacting us.

You have the right to request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligations.

You have the right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time, which may affect our ability to deliver services to you.

Pioneer 60 is an Elevated Life community event — a year-long journey to a group climb of Pioneer Peak's South Summit. Registering for Pioneer 60 through liveelevated.life/pioneer60 is separate from purchasing a Precision Wellness assessment, and the information below applies specifically to that registration.

When you register for Pioneer 60, we collect your name, email address, city and state, phone number (if provided), how you'd like to participate (climber, partial-hike, training, support team, sponsor, or simply following along), Finish Celebration Dinner interest, and any comments you submit. Because Pioneer 60 involves a real mountain climb, we also collect an optional emergency contact name and phone number, used only for safety purposes on climb day.

If a registration is submitted on behalf of a minor (under 18), we also collect the parent or guardian's name, their relationship to the participant, and their acknowledgment that they have reviewed the climb's risks and accept them on the minor's behalf.

We use this information to plan event logistics, maintain an accurate headcount and accountability roster for climb day, and — if you opt in — to send you Pioneer 60 updates and event communications by email. Pioneer 60 registration data is not merged with, or used to inform, any Precision Wellness health or wellness-plan data unless you are separately an Elevated Life client.

You can opt out of Pioneer 60 email updates at any time by contacting us at info@liveelevated.life. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Pioneer 60 registration information, contact us at the same address.

Our Precision Wellness services are intended for adults aged 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through those services.

The one exception is Pioneer 60 event registration: a parent or guardian may register a minor to participate in the climb, as described above. In that case we collect the minor's name and participation information as part of the guardian's registration, with the guardian's explicit consent and risk acknowledgment — never collected directly from the minor.

If you believe a minor has submitted information to us outside of a guardian-consented Pioneer 60 registration, please contact us immediately at info@liveelevated.life.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active account holders by email.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
